Goals
ACL Impex, L.da, is a medium-sized company located in the municipality of Guimarães, which was founded and started business in October 2002 to conceptualize and develop its own brands of home textiles, based on Made in Portugal quality, targeting foreign markets. With this project, the company intends to promote investments:

• Implementation of an innovative ERP;
• Implementation of LEAN methodologies;
• Dematerialization of internal processes and customer relations;
• Launch of a new product brand: Senseslinen;
• Creation of an e-commerce platform;
• Digital strategy.

This project will enable the company to achieve sustained growth in international markets and improve its focus on high-end segments.
